Opened in 2022, Stockholm’s flagship store is located on Birger Jarlsgatan, Sweden’s premier luxury shopping street. The boutique is located inside a late nineteenth-century building, where the tall, well-proportioned windows frame the brand’s icons, from the camel coat to the cashmere coat and the Teddy coat. The architectural project is based on the dialogue between the Italian concept and the austere, elegant character of the Nordic shell, a theme shared by all the Scandinavian stores of Max Mara. Inside, the elegance and quality of the brand’s clothing and accessories are enhanced by an environment that reflects the prestige of Made in Italy. The brand’s tailoring, born in Reggio Emilia in 1951, finds a unique resonance in Birger Jarlsgatan, offering a vision of timeless style that ideally unites Italy and Sweden.
